Global comedy star Trevor Noah returns to Dubai with exclusive Opera shows
Former Daily Show host adds UAE dates to global stand-up tour
DUBAI – Dubai's live entertainment calendar is set to welcome one of comedy's biggest names as Trevor Noah returns to the UAE for two performances at Dubai Opera this November.
The South African comedian will take to the stage on November 25 and 26, offering audiences a more intimate venue than his previous appearances in the country.
The announcement follows the sell-out success of his earlier UAE shows, including his performance at Coca-Cola Arena.

Tickets will go on sale next week, with a Mastercard pre-sale opening at 12pm on Monday, August 3. General sales will begin 48 hours later at midday on Wednesday, August 5. Ticket prices have yet to be announced.
Dubai Opera's setting is expected to provide fans with a closer look at Noah's signature storytelling style, combining observations on travel, culture, family, politics and everyday life with impressions and sharp humour. The performances are currently the only UAE dates announced.
Who is Trevor Noah?
Noah remains one of the most recognisable figures in international comedy. Best known for hosting The Daily Show for seven years, he helped transform the programme into a global platform spanning television, digital media, podcasts and online video. The show won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Talk Series in 2024 during his tenure.
His achievements extend beyond television. Noah has hosted the Grammy Awards for six consecutive years and fronts the SiriusXM podcast What Now? With Trevor Noah, featuring conversations with leading personalities from entertainment, sport, business and culture.
His memoir Born a Crime: Stories from a South African Childhood became a number one New York Times bestseller, selling more than three million copies across all formats. His latest book, Into the Uncut Grass, also debuted at number one after its release in October 2024, while his Netflix special Where Was I earned a 2025 Grammy nomination for Best Comedy Album alongside Emmy, Golden Globe and Critics Choice nominations. His global stand-up tour has also sold out major venues including London's O2 Arena, Los Angeles' Hollywood Bowl and a record-breaking run in Berlin before arriving in Dubai.
